The following committees report to the NAV CANADA Joint Council:

The NCJC consults on many issues that affect represented employees throughout the company:
- The Travel Program
- The Relocation Program
- The Isolated Posts Program
- The Living Accommodations Charges Program
- The Commuting Assistance Program
- The Bilingualism Bonus Program
- The HealthCare Plan
- Dental Plan
- Disability Insurance
Executive Committee
The Executive Committee is empowered to act on behalf of the Council in administering the activities of Council during the intervals between the Council’s semi-annual meetings. Executive Committee decisions are subject to the formal ratification by Council when they are reported at the next regular meeting of Council. Council may also delegate its decision-making authority to the Executive Committee to facilitate timely and effective action.

Responsible for cyclical review and grievance interpretations for the following programs:
- Travel
- Relocation
- Commuting Assistance
- Isolated Posts
- Living Accommodation Charges
- Bilingualism Bonus
- Definition of Spouse
Benefits Committee
Responsible for the management of the following functions for benefits plans
- Responsible for monitoring the financial performance of the benefit plans.
- Conducts the appeals process for these same plans.
- Oversees the content of the plans.
- Recommends changes to the plans. The plans are:
- Long Term Disability
- Supplementary Health
- Dental
- Travel Insurance
- Life Insurance
